Shipping & Returns
Vitalerbs uses UPS & USPS.
Vitalerbs ships Monday through Friday. All Orders placed by 3:00pm Mountain Standard Time, Sat, Sun or a Holiday will be processed & shipped the next business day, once billing and credit information have been authorized and verified.
Orders in the United States $25 & over will receive Free Shipping. International Orders $200 & over will receive Free Shipping.
*On Free Shipping orders Vitalerbs will use the least expensive of the USPS with confirmation or UPS Ground methods for that particular order.
International Orders $200 & over will receive Free Shipping as long as item(s) will fit in one large box. If an order requires more than one box Vitalerbs will ship the most expensive box for free and will charge the other box(es) for actual shipping cost(s).
If your order was shipped by UPS you will be sent an order confirmation e-mail once your order has been received, processed & shipped. This e-mail will include the UPS tracking number.
We gladly accept returns for refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
* ALL SALES FINAL after 30 days of delivery.
* RETURNS FOR REFUND will ONLY be accepted for items that have not been opened. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are posted within 72 hours.
* RESTOCKING FEE items approved for return will have a 20% restocking fee.
* RETURN SHIPPING COSTS - The cost of a prepaid return shipping label as well as the restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. If you choose to ship the item(s) on your own, you'll pay the carrier at the time you ship your return & only the restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
How to Send Merchandise Back to Us:
Please pack and secure your item(s) securely and include all parts. For your protection, we recommend that you insure your package. Vitalerbs is not responsible for items lost in transit. Merchandise should NOT be sent to the return address on the actual shipping label. All return items should only be sent to the following address:

When placing an order from outside the United States of America, it is the recipient's responsibility to ensure that the address is correct & that the product(s) can be lawfully imported into the destination country. Upon arrival in the recipient's country, international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. Vitalerbs has no control over these charges, nor can we anticipate their amount.
Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. If a shipment is declined due to unexpected customs policies, import fees or incomplete / incorrect address information, the original shipping cost, along with any return shipping charges, will not be refunded. Customs policies vary among countries, and for further details, it is recommended to contact your local customs office. Please note that customs clearance procedures, when necessary, may result in delays beyond our initial delivery estimates.
To expedite the customs process and prevent delays, we strongly recommend that you provide a telephone number where you can be reached by customs upon the arrival of your product. This phone number will be listed on the invoice so that customs can contact you to clear your order. Please do not refuse a shipment or disregard requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Note that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after its arrival in your country before returning it to the sender.
